1 1/2 lbs. beef (very lean)
1 egg
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp. dry minced onions (be generous)
2 tsp. parsley flakes
pinch of oregano
pinch of basil
tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together. Form into loaf and cook at 350F for 1 hour in a 9x13" glass pan.
