1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. curry powder
boneless skinless chicken - I usually do 2-3 breasts cut-up

Directions:
Directions:
Melt ingredients over low heat in saucepan. Pour sauce over chicken and place in baking dish. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste as necessary.
Serve over rice.
