3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup sweet milk
salt & pepper to taste
Oil for skillet

In a bowl, beat eggs & milk
dip white bread in egg wash
In a hot oiled skillet, place bread turning once until the bread looks yellow with brown stripes.

If Mitch is coming to breakfast, you may want to cook a whole loaf of bread, this was a favorite for him.
Mama never dusted the french toast with sugar, or put anything sweet on it.
