1 cut up whole chicken
1 large can of chicken broth 24 oz
3 cups flour
1 tabpsn rosemary
1/2 tabspn accent seasoning
1 teaspn pepper
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 tabspn chicken season
1 tablespn sage
Veggie oil
Iron skillet or Dutch oven

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot mix chicken broth, accent, rosemary, 1 tablsp chicken season, 1/2 tablespoon pepper. place chicken pieces in the pot and let it sit overnight.
In a bowl mix the remaining dry ingreidents, the next day, drain the chicken and lightly coat with dry mix, let sit as long as you can at least 2 hours.

Take chicken out and dip in egg wash, then coat a second time in dry mix,

Heat vegie oil to 350, place chicken in hot oil, oil should drop to approx 325, let cook until golden brown turning once, take out and place on paper towels to drain.

Soaking the chicken over night is the secret,
serve with Blackeyed peas, turnip greens ( fresh)
& cornbread or biscuits.
