Dressing:
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 T. finely chopped chutney
1 t. curry powder
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1/2 t. white pepper
1/4 t. Tobasco sauce

Salad:
2 bunches fresh spinach
3 red delicious apples, thinly sliced
1 c. golden raisins
2/3 c. cashews
2 - 4 green, onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor. Allow to stand at room temperature for 2 hours.

Toss with salad ingredients.
