2 stalks of fresh broccoli 1/2 lb. bacon block of sharp cheese 1 medium onion 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sugar 1 T. vinegar
Chop broccoli in medium size florets. Cook and break apart bacon in pieces. Cut cheese in small size pieces. Chop onion. Put in bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together. pour over top on broccoli mixture. Leave in refrigerator overnight, then toss.
