1 lb. Ground beef,
1 (14 oz.) can beef consumme,
4 oz. (2 cups) uncooked medium egg noodles,
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1 4 oz. Can sliced mushrooms, drained,
cup water,
1 garlic clove,
1 8 oz. Container (1 cup) sour cream

Directions:

In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat and drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 4-5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
