2 tablespoons packed brown sugar,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
teaspoon ground ginger,
1 clove garlic, crushed,
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.
