3/4 pound Baby carrots,
3 Tablespoons Dark brown sugar,
3 Tablespoons Butter,
3 Tablespoons Orange juice,
Orange zest from one orange

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the carrots until just soft. Drain. Melt the butter in
a saucepan. Stir in the brown sugar and orange juice. Toss
in the cooked carrots and orange zest. Place in a casserole dish
(uncovered). Place in a pre-heated 375 oven. Bake (stirring
frequently) until glazed (10-15 minutes). Serve warm.
