1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. salad oil
1 egg
1/3 c water
1 handful butterscotch chips
1/2 c. nuts, optional
11/2 c. coconut, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and pour into 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
