Ingredients:  
Cream: 1 C butter, 1/2 C cocoa, 2 C sugar.
Add: 4 eggs, 1 1/2 C flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla.
Frosting: 1 C butter, 1/3 C Cocoae, 1 2/3 C powdered sugar, 1/3 C Canned milk.

Mix and spread in 13 x 9 jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350 for 25 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle 3/4 pkg of mini marshmallows. Put back in the oven for no more that 3 minutes!
Cool 1 hour at room temp.
Spread with frosting and set in fridge 1 hour before serving.
