3 cups raw potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 T flour
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup water
4 cups milk (scalded)
4 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & dice the potatoes; add onion, flour,salt, pepper and water. Cook on medium heat for 15 min., stirring constantly or often. Add hot scalded milk & butter. Turn heat down to the low and simmer for 1/2 hr. or until ready to serve.
