2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
2 lb. pork sausage (browned & drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Next spread 1/2 of the cheese. Beat the eggs and spread over cheese. Next, spread sausage. Next layer is the other 1/2 of the cheese. Mix together half & half and mushroom soup, then pour over the top and bake at 300 for 30 - 40 minutes.
