1 (about 4lbs) pork loin roast
salt & pepper
1 (14-16 ounce) can of crushed pineapple
1 can of cranberry sauce (whole cranberry)
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork with salt and pepper and place into crock pot/slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. To serve, slice and pour sauce on top of portion and ENJOY!
