6 cups water

cup uncooked macaroni rings
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon chives
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 ounces (1 box) frozen chopped broccoli
teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 egg white
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 375 degrees. Heat water and 1 teaspoon salt to boiling; stir in macaroni. Boil until tender, 5-8 minutes. Drain; rinse in cold water.

Beat egg yolk; stir in macaroni and 1 tablespoon chives. Press mixture against bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with back of a spoon. Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven. Cool 10 minutes.

Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over crust. Prepare broccoli as directed on the package, using 1 teaspoon salt; drain. Arrange the broccoli on the cheese. Beat eggs, egg white, cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon chives and 1 teaspoon salt; pour on broccoli. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake until knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
