1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 4 bananas, crushed 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt
Cream together butter and sugar. Mash bananas. Add lemon juice to mashed bananas. Beat eggs. Add eggs and crushed bananas to the creamed butter and sugar. Combine well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF for 60 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
