1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. dark molasses
3 cloves of garlic, mashed
1/4 tsp. ginger (I use fresh)
fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in Ziplocİ bag. Add meat (can also use steak, pork loin or chicken). Marinate for at least 30 minutes, overnight is great. Can be done ahead.
