1 1/2 c. oats
4 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. honey
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 c. soy grits
6 c. whole wheat flour + 1 cup for kneading

Directions:
Directions:
Warm oats in oven. Mix water, yeast, and 2 tsp. honey in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes until mixture becomes frothy. Add 1/4 cup honey, salt, oil, wheat germ, soy grits, and flour. Use about 1 cup of flour to knead the dough until it is elastic in texture. Divide dough into 2 large bread pans. Bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes and then turn oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
