One Yellow Cake Mix 1 small instant lemon pudding mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 c. water 3 T. poppy seeds
Blend together all ingredients on medium speed for two minutes. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and let batter stand for 5 minutes before baking. Bake at 350º F for 35 to 45 minutes. May be served plain or with thin glaze of powdered sugar and water.
