1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 28 oz. can Ranch Style Original Texas Beans (or canned chili)
4 T. salsa
1 c. frozen sweet corn
1 2.25 oz. can chopped black olives
1 heaping c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 8 1/2 oz. boxes Jiffy brand cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain. Add Texas beans, salsa, corn, and olives to skillet and mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. In a mixing bowl prepare cornbread batter as directed on package. Spread cornbread batter over top of the 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 degree for 30-40 minutes, or until cornbread is cooked through and edges turn golden brown.
