10 oz frozen peas, thawed
2 celery ribs, sliced thin
1 cup sm cauliflowerets
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
4 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
1/4 cup sunflower kernels
shredded carrot (optional-I add for color)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine peas, celery, cauliflower & onions. Combine dressing & sour cream;pour over salad & mix well. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in bacon & sunflower kernels.
6-8 servings
