4 apples
4 tb. butter
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Optional toppings: peanut butter, raisins, dried fruit, oatmeal, dark rum, nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Trim a thin slice off the bottom of each apple so it sits flat. Scoop out a well in the top of the apple. Place 2 tb. brown sugar and 1 tb. butter in each apple. Add any additional toppings. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake apples in a baking dish for 15-20 minutes until apples are tender. Serve warm.
