2 pkgs (8oz each) refrigerated cresent rolls 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped 1 cup broccoli chopped and lightly steamed 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped (optional) 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded 1/2 cup may 1 tsp, dill 1 egg white, lightly beaten 2 T slivered almonds (optional)
Preheat oven 375º In bowl add 1st 7 ingredients Unwrap cresent rolls and on a round stone, square flat pan or cookie sheet make a ring laying wide part of triangle as a circle. All the point ends will be on the outside You will overlap the pieces and squish them down Roll and area out keeping the ring Lay chicken mixture around the ring Bring up the pointed end over the mixture and tuck in center of the circle. Start with a triangle and continue around and over the mixture There will be a little space between the triangles Brush with egg white and sprinkle with almonds Bake 25-28 minutes until golden brown Slice individual servings between spaces of ring.
