Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground round, browned in skillet and drained
1 can beef broth (Swanson)
1 cup frozen mixed veggies (thawed)
1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
Mashed potatoes prepared from scratch or bought already made (Country Crock)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour browned ground round into baking dish, add broth, and veggies.
Top with mashed potatoes
Add salt and pepper
Bake at 400 uncovered for 30-35 minutes
