2 eggs
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon soda
4 cups diced apples
1 cup salad oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 1 cup nuts

Caramel Sauce:

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup cream
1 Tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Beat eggs and salad oil until foamy.
2. Add sugar. flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Add apples and nuts.
4. Bake in a 9X13-inch floured pan at 350 for 45-60 min.

Caramel Sauce: Mix well and bring to a boil; boil 2 min. Serve hot over cake. May add whipped topping if desired.
