4-6 cucumbers

onion
3/4 cup cream (or half and half)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice cucumbers (4-6) and soak in salt water solution for 1/2 hour (more would be better). Drain. If taste too salty, rinse with clear water.
2. Add sliced onion, 3/4 cup cream (or half and half), 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar (or to your taste) & pepper. This should cover the cucumbers and onions.
3. Let stand in refrigerator at least an hour or more.
