1/4 C. SUGAR
1 1/2 T. CORNSTARCH
1 C. WATER
1 C. MONTMORENCY CHERRIES OR FROZEN
1 T. LEMON JUICE
1/4 C. BUTTER

Directions:
Directions:
IN A PAN, COMBINE SUGAR, CORNSTARCH, AND WATER, HEAT TO A BOIL. ADD CHERRIES AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN LEMON JUICE AND BUTTER. SERVE
