1/2 cup pecans finely chopped 1/3 cup cornflakes crumbs 1 T dried parsley flakes 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into strips 2 T milk 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp garlic powder Ranch Dressing
Combine pecans, cornflakes, parsley, salt and garlic powder in shallow dish Dip chicken in milk and roll in mixture Bake at 400º for 7 to 9 minutes in a 15x10x1" baking pan. Use ranch dressing for dipping
