1 package (10-11 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter (no substitutes)
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans

In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the chips and butter on high for 1 1/2- 2 minutes or until chips are melted, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add the cracker crumbs; set aside 2/3 c. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13x9x2" baking pan (glass or metal are best). In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 325F for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Store in fridge.

Makes 3 dozen bars.
