3 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned solid pack pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients through sugar into mixing bowl.
2. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add all remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour into 3 loaf pans.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool slightly before removing from pans.
