2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran cereal
2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran cereal
2 c. boiling water
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Mix bran cereals with boiling water, then add to the sugar/shortening mixture. Next, mix in the beaten eggs and buttermilk. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda and add to the batter. Fold in the raisins and nuts. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
