1 cup chopped pecans 10 oz of chopped dates 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs beaten 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
Mix butter, cream cheese and flour. Roll a rounded tsp of dough into little balls and press and with thumb into the bottom of small muffin tins. Place a teaspoon of filling into dough. Bake 25 minutes at 325º
