2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all and place in ungreased 8x8 casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Delish!
