Ingredients:  
4 cups chopped boned chicken or turkey
6 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
3 beaten eggs
4 cups broth from meat or canned chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup celery or parsley (optional)
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except meat. Let stand one hour. Place mixture & meat in baking dish alternately. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
