1 lb. lean ground beef or chicken
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt (I use McCormick's Spicy Season Salt)
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into 4 large patties.
Grill on medium high for 5 minutes.
Turn and grill an additional 5-6 minutes or until cooked to taste. Serve on hot toasted onion rolls.
Top each patty with lettuce, tomato and mayo.
