2 cups cooked rice
2 cups minature marshmallows
1/2 cup sugar
3 medium apples, cored and cubed
1/2 cup sliced red maraschino cherries
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked rice, pineapple,marshmallows and sugar in bowl: toss gently to mix. Cover & refrigerate at least 3 hours. Fold in apples & cherries. Then fold in whipped cream. Chill 1 more hour.
