1 48 oz. can V8© juice or 48 oz. water and 2-3 bouillon cubes
1 can Campbell's© Beef Barley Soup
1 small can corn
4 peeled and cut up small potatoes
1 small onion cut up very small
5 carrots
1 -1 1/2 lbs. stew beef (Black Angus Beef), cubed

Directions:
Directions:
If put in a crock-pot, put on low and let simmer all day.
If in big pot on stove, put meat in pan first with a little bit of Crisco© to brown, then put rest of ingredients in pan. Put on low-medium heat for 3 hours.
Optional - 3-4 celery pieces
If you use water instead of V8© juice, thicken at end with corn starch (2 tbsp.) and enough water to make mixture smooth.
