1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups liquid shortening
5 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 pkgs. instant coconut or vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and nuts. Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add pudding from box. Bake in greased bread pan for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves.
