1 pk. white cake mix
1 pk. pastachio nut pudding mix
3 eggs
3/4 C. salad oil
1 C. 7-Up at room temperature
1/2 C. nuts
1/2 C. coconut
1 tsp. coconut extract
FROSTING:
1 pk. pastachio pudding mix
2 pks. Dream Whip
1-1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix with pudding mix.
Add eggs and oil and mix well, about 2 minutes.
Slowly add 7-Up. Batter will get foamy.
Add nuts, coconut and extract.
Bake according to package directions.
Cake will be green and shiney and moist.
FROSTING:
1 pk. pastachio pudding mix
2 pks. Dream Whip
1-1/2 cups milk
Combine and beat together until thick. Spread on cooled cake.
