1 pkg fudge brownie mix
1 pkg milk chocolate chips (11 1/2oz)
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups rice krispies
2 cans whipped vanilla frosting
1 cup salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bake brownies according to package directions using a greased 13 x 9 pan. Cool.
In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes or until blended, stirring occasionally. Stir in cereal, set aside.
Spread frosting over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with peanuts. Spread with peanut butter cereal mixture. Chill until set before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
