1 2-lb. bag frozen hashbrowns
1 onion chopped
1 stick melted butter
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream chicken soup
2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Let hashbrowns thaw in oblong casserole or cake pan (13x9).
3. Toss hashbrowns with onion and melted butter.
4. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl. Mix into potatoes.
5. Combine cheese with potato mixture.
6. Cover casserole with fresh bread crumbs, tossed with 2 Tablespoons melted butter.
7. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15-20 more minutes.
