3-4 boneless loin pork chops
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 medium onion, cut in strips
1 can water chestnuts, drained
4 T hoisin sauce
2T soy sauce
2 T sugar
1 tsp tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pork chops about 20 minutes until no longer pink.
Cut into cubes. Brown in hot oil in wok.
Add vegetables and cook until tender
Add sauce made with remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce is boiling.
Serve over rice

I got this recipe when I took a chinese cooking coarse the first year we were married. I still make it and it is a family favorite. You can substitute chicken for the pork
