8 cups cut/chopped rhubarb
7 cups sugar (or less)
1/2 cup water
1 large box jello (strawberry, raspberry, or cherry)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place rhubarb and sugar in large saucepan. Add water and cook over low-med. heat until mixture becomes thick, about 15 min. Stir to prevent sticking.

2. Remove from burner. Stir in jello until dissolved.

3. Let cool and store in refrigerator or freezer.
