2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. freshly chopped pears
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil, sugar, and eggs together in a bowl. Add pears, pecans, and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
