Ingredients:  
8 slices of your favorite bread
1 C. milk
1 egg
1 C. plus 2 T. flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. sugar.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bread.
Dip each slice into batter to cover.
Fry in small amount of butter until brown on each side.
Serve with butter and syrup.
