15 small new red potatoes
1 pkg. hidden valley ranch buttermilk mix
2 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in water until tender about 20-25 min. Preheat over to 400. Drain potatoes and let cool slightly and peel. Mix dressing mix and cornflakes into bowl. Dip each potatoe in melted then roll in cornflake mixture. Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 25min. or until golden brown.
