1 C coconut
1 C nuts, chopped
1 box german chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 box (1 lb) confectioners sugar
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9"x13" pan. Layer coconut and nuts on bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on package. Pour mixture over coconut and nuts. Mix margarine, sugar and cream cheese until creamy, then spoon over top of cake mix. Bake at 350F for 40-45 min until cake tests done. This cake will seem soft when done but will set as it cools.
