1 box of rotini noodles cooked
1 brunch of broccoli
1 brunch cauliflower
1 medium onion diced
3 medium carrots grated
1 medium green pepper diced
1 small can of black olives sliced
Dressing
2 c. mayo
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Mix dressing well. Pour over ingredients. Let stand over night.

I use between 2/3 and 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar. We served this at our 50th wedding anniversary.
