1 pkg softshells (8-10)
1 lb hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 (sm) can mild chopped chilies
8 oz Mozzarella cheese
1 small onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion.
Mix soup, enchilada sauce, chilies, and add 1/2 soup can of milk.
Tear up 1/2 soft shells and put on bottom of greased 9X13 pan.
Put 1/2 of hamburger mix on top of softshells.
Pour 1/2 of soup mixture on top of the hamburger.
Top with 1/2 of the cheese.
Repeat shells, meat, soup and cheese.

Bake covered 45min-1hour at 350 degrees.

Serve with lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream, chips, salsa, etc.
