Ingredients:
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tbsp orange juice (or water)
1 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and orange juice until frothy (but not stiff) in large mixing bowl. In small bowl mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour pecans into egg white and orange juice and turn until all are well coated. Add sugar mixture and stir carefully so all pecans are well covered. Spread nuts on large cookie sheet and bake at 325F for 35 min, stirring every 15 min to prevent sticking or burning. (I stir every 8-10 min and watch them very closely because they burn easily.) When done, remove immediately from pan to cool.
